The courtyard belonging to the residential estate ’Karré 27’ is of a remarkable size: 230 x 35m. Before the complete renovation, it was divided into 23 small, dark units, each separated from the other by old and shabby fencing and decaying sheds. We converted the space into a vigorous green common area with a variety of interesting features. Along the facades, there are smaller garden areas that can be shaped individually by the inhabitants of the respective building.
