This project is strongly shaped by the residents’ wish to have a view of the sea from inside their houses. Therefore, most of the existing trees were removed and not replaced. When designing the landscape, we aimed at creating private as well as common areas that were intimate and pleasant. Every house has its own small garden including a terrace, and every entrance is marked with a tree
