‘Essex Waterfront’ Housing is located at Teglholmens quay, the southern harbour of Copenhagen. The design theme for the large courtyard are winding shapes leading towards the waterfront. Marble-white paths match the light facades of the houses. Vigorous shrubs add a sense of shelter, and thus make it a pleasant space to sit down and relax.
