Kongevænget I in Hillerød is a large apartment housing complex situated in rolling countryside, close to a wood. The plan for improvement of the surrounds has aimed to create a more attractive and pleasant residential area, with spaces that invite residents of all ages to be active outdoors. The masterplan comprises several different garden ‘rooms’, cycling paths, terraces and a large local playground for older children.
