We work with local rainwater drainage (LAR) in virtually all projects. As a result of larger and more intense rainfall in recent years, there has been a great deal of focus on the collection, drainage and detention of precipitation and it now forms part of ordinary sustainability efforts. Currently, the housing area Teglvangen in Ballerup is completed in autumn 2018, where there is a requirement for retention of roof water as well as water from pavings. Here the water is led to a ditch that is located centrally located and, besides retaining, also reduces the bulk of the water.
